The bedding provided a comfortable experience despite being slightly firm, and the Deluxe Family Room offered ample space for our group, making for a decent stay.

One family encountered a significant issue where they were misled regarding the presence of a sofa bed, leading to an uncomfortable arrangement for the night. Wi-Fi connectivity problems in the room were also frustrating, and breakfast failed to meet expectations. There was an incident involving an aggressive management response that added to an already disappointing atmosphere, which is a glaring miss for a hotel aiming for a family-friendly feel.
